RYO ( Roll Your Own ) Booklet Machine
01 – Booklet Interleaving, Cutting with Hand-Catcher
Up to 75 pre-gummed RYO cigarette paper bobbins ( bobbin width of 36, 40, 44 or 54mm ) plus two additional reminding papers,
- Machine speed up to 120 booklets per minute.
- Unwinding/Interleaving of up to 75 pre-gummed paper bobbins (+ 2 additional reminding bobbins)
- Paper end/break to be sensed and controlled by PLC
- Folding of the paper to an interleaved rope
- Cutting of the rope into bundles
- CutLength(70mm~108mm) can be changed from the screen in seconds
- Transfer the cut bundles to HandCatcher and sorting
- Couple of minutes for different CutLength adjustment at HandCatcher side
- PLC controlled (by Motion Controller)
02 – Two different size Booklet Interleaving, Cutting with HandCatcher
Up to 75 pre-gummed RYO cigarette paper bobbins ( bobbin width of 36, 40, 44 or 54mm ) plus two additional reminding papers,
- Machine speed up to 120 booklets per minute.
- Two different bobbin width can be used at the same cutting unit,
- Cutting unit transferred to any of stand quickly (within minutes),
- Unwinding/Interleaving of up to 75 pre-gummed paper bobbins (+ 2 additional reminding bobbins)
- Paper end/break to be sensed and controlled by PLC
- Folding of the paper to an interleaved rope
- Cutting of the rope into bundles
- CutLength(70mm~108mm) can be changed from the screen in seconds
- Transfer the cut bundles to HandCatcher
- Couple of minutes for different CutLength adjustment at HandCatcher side
